I always like these images people make to illustrate meditations like this one but I don’t know how these are made. So I tried to work with the tools I know a tiny bit about and that’s photography and Photoshop. I tried to make an impression of the Light meditation. It’s not quite ‘it’ yet but I like it considering it’s my first try. (I didn’t know I make such a serious face when I meditate 😁).
