I sat down on a small stool in the shallow water of the stream nearby our caravan to meditate. My legs were in the cold water half way up the calves and I was in the shade of the trees. The dragonflies kept me company by using my knees as a vantage point while hunting for small insects. The crickets were chirping and other people waded past me through the water. Of course this all makes it hard to really focus but that’s okay, it was a nice experience. I imagined I absorbed the energy of nature around me. The 20-minute MCO was very uneventful in terms of sensations but nice nonetheless.
