Tonight I did this Metta meditation by Ron Crouch. It was nice, he has a pleasant voice. I followed it up by doing Metta on my own for 30 minutes. I called people I know to mind and pictured then before me. I looked them in the eyes and I recited this text for everyone:
May you be happy
May you be calm
May you be peaceful and at ease
May you be liberated
This worked nicely. It softens me. Will make this a part of my daily practice.
