Evening meditation

I’m reading ‘Healing Love through the Tao’ by Mantak Chia , which is a pdf-file. I also like to listen to audio books during walks or while riding my bike, so most of the time I’m reading two books. I started with the audio book “Channeling Your Higher Self: A Practical Method to Tap into Higher Wisdom and Creativity” by Edgar Cayce. There was a visualisation exercise to connect with the higher self so I tried that this evening. Not sure if it worked but 45 minutes passed before I knew it. Later in the evening I did a 15-minute Metta meditation which was okay, it felt like my heart opened a bit again.
