Evening meditation

Just sat for 30 minutes without a real plan so I tried to monitor thoughts, emotions and sensations. Focused on keeping my abdomen relaxed because that seems to be the place where I keep tension. I did this during the day too; many colleagues are absent or sick to it’s extremely busy and I get tasks I’m not used to. I noticed the tension in my belly today and actively relaxed it, makes it much easier to handle stress and stay centered.
