Evening meditation

This evening I did a classic Anapana meditation trying to regain some of my ability to focus because that really sucks lately. I sat cross-legged for 45 minutes trying to stay aware of the sensations of the breath as it passes through the nostrils while staying generally aware of other sensations and thoughts. One of the tricks is to try and feel the temperature difference between the in and out breath at the nose. It went okay and fortunately my arm was hurting less because of some medication I got for that. Mind would come in and occasionally steal my awareness of course but it wasn’t too bad.
