Evening meditation

I’m feeling somewhat better today, more positive and fit than I’ve been in a long time and I thought I’d try my hand with automatic writing. In my channeling session I was told that I would be channeling myself in the near future. Automatic writing is apparently the simplest method that everybody starts with. I used this excellent video for instructions. I sat for an hour with pen and paper on my lap, holding the pen in my left hand ( I’m right handed) but honestly my concentration was too weak. I kept being alert to what my hand was doing and couldn’t quiet the mind so nothing happened. I’m not disappointed though, I’ll try again soon.
