Evening meditation

I went to my meditation room to meditate but I had no plan and I was tired, so I browsed my bookmarks in Insight Timer and saw this Metta meditation. As I opened the welcome screen I felt aversion to doing it. To my experience, if I feel aversion to a meditation it is usually what I need so I just did it and it felt good. I followed it up with this meditation by Mooji, also nice.
