Evening meditation

I sat in my meditation room and started out with focusing my attention on the sensations of the breath at the nose. It wasn’t too bad. After about 15 minutes I decided to ask for guidance from St.Germain and do a Violet Flame meditation (see media page), this felt good. Mild tingles when I pronounced the decree. Then I did an old-fashioned Microcosmic Orbit using the guided audio, just to see what it would do. So I did the MCO using the pelvic floor muscle , moving energy from one center to the next in the space of each breath. It actually felt good doing it again, I wonder if the lack of energy/positivity/focus lately has to do with stopping the MCO? I’ll try it out.

Feeling somewhat better after this session.
