Evening meditation

As mentioned earlier I’m a bit out of it lately, lots of distraction going on. No attempts to practice channeling either, that’s pointless now. I’ve been doing regular Light meditations but they didn’t ‘work’ as well because mind wanders all the time. In order to get a grip on things I figured I’d do an old-fashioned breath meditation, vipassana style. It worked quite well, the noting technique helps keeping awareness focused. After this week I should get more relaxed and focused again but we’ll see. I’ve adopted an attitude where I try not to expect anything and be open to whatever is brought on my path.
