I noticed the clock was approaching 11:11 and today is the 11th of November so I went to meditate. I sat down without a plan, just stay aware of what is. After a few minutes I started sending out universal love to all beings and to one being in particular. It gave me a buzzy feeling in the body. Then there was the image of a white angel descending before me, it put it’s hands on top of my head and infused my body with white energy, giving me slight tingles. The energy is supposed to help me transform I think. Not sure what to think of it but it was nice and I thanked it.
