Metta

This morning I did this 19-minute Metta meditation. It was quite nice. I could feel some warm loving-kindness wake up in me. That’s nice because I feel pretty cold emotionally lately. I’ve always been very closed in that way , also to myself. It is only in the last years that I’m opening up to myself and others. Lately however it’s been going downhill and I’m doing this practice to open up again.
