This morning I woke up around 4:00 AM and didn’t get any sleep anymore so I felt tired and depleted. I figured I should take it easy with the MCO. I organized my session as follows: 5 minutes for 36 breaths, 5 minutes of Inner Smile, 10 minutes of focusing on belly button center, 5 minutes to finish up.
There was a wave of nausea as soon as I started preparation, this subsided quickly however. It was difficult to keep my focus, too tired and too much on the mind. During the time I could keep focus on the belly button it felt like there was a cavity there, a hollow feeling. Not much to report otherwise.
Finishing up with the fist on the belly felt awkward and time consuming but I did it anyway.
