I didn’t really feel up to it but I did this 25-minute MCO at work anyway.
I started with a few minutes of abdominal breathing and a few minutes of Inner Smile , which didn’t feel very convincing but okay.
I started focusing on the belly button but it was hard to maintain , lots of thoughts. This improved however and a subtle heat started to build in my abdomen. Everytime mind wandered the heat dissipated and it came back when I regained some focus.
9 minutes before the end I was interrupted because someone needed the shower room so I got up , walked to the men’s room and finished the meditation standing , knees slightly bent because this felt better. At the end I did the fist rotations on the belly but I really don’t like that. A decent session after all , considering.
