This was a 25-minute session at work.
I only did some abdominal breathing as a preparation because mind wandered a lot and I lost track of time, so I skipped the Inner Smile and started the MCO after 5 minutes. Concentration was still difficult ; thoughts kept claiming my attention and I alternated between thinking and focusing on the belly button all the time. It did feel good though, I had asked for assistance in advance and could imagine receiving that help. I felt a sense of loving kindness that relaxed me and I didn’t get frustrated over the mind wandering. A warmth was there in the abdomen. At the end I put my hands flat on my belly to absorb the energy and spontaneously decided to add some Shamballa energy. A nice session after all.
