This morning I tried the MCO again for 30 minutes, still working on the belly button center (Tan Tien).
Focus was still very sloppy but not as bad as yesterday. I probably stayed ‘on it’ for 40-50% of the time.
My posture was not optimal because if I straighten my back and neck my right arm starts hurting because of a muscles issue in my shoulder.
I did the process as described on my MCO page. There was a build-up of warmth in my abdomen. When I started doing the fist rotations at the end a wave of nausea came over me that subsided after a minute or so.
