This was early in the morning, sitting on the sofa in the living room with the back supported. I intended to sit in awareness but it turned into an MCO.
It was a sloppy session, did some abdominal breaths as preparation but lost track there already, I was at breath 40 when I noticed I was doing too many… So I started the MCO without Inner Smile and couldn’t keep my focus on the belly button. I started contracting the pelvic floor again at the in breath and this seemed to help a bit, also the warmth in the abdomen seemed stronger then. I stopped after 10 minutes and did the fist rotations which felt relaxing. Maybe I’ll try to do a second MCO later today.
