Microcosmic Orbit #26

Started out again with 5mins of abdominal breathing + flexing the pelvic floor muscles. During MCO concentration was reasonable , mind wandered off a few times for a few seconds. Qi follows attention (so I’ve read and it makes sense) so concentration is important. This time I imagined the energy to be lie a white brilliant liquid instead of a ball , flowing from spot to spot. This seemed to work a little better , felt more lively. Sometimes subtle sensations of movement or warmth.
Used pelvic floor muscles again during MCO.
Imagined energy flowing from mouth at inbreath directly to the spot where I’m at.
