Woke up early and well-rested. Started with 5 minutes of focus on abdominal breating while staying aware of thoughts and sensations. Invested more energy into staying focused during MCO. There still were some moments where the mind wandered off but this was quickly detected. Concentration was better and the visualisation was more lively than the previous sessions. When going up the back there was a sense of movement going up. Top of the head and 3rd eye gave the strongest sensations as usual. Sometimes a slight feeling of distant heat\burning in the abdomen. I was seated kneeling on the seiza bench in my bedroom ,and noticed this posture makes it a little more difficult to extend the belly at the inbreath when compared to sitting cross-legged in my meditation room.
Session felt good.
