Did this 20 minute MCO after I got up this morning, in seiza position in my bedroom. This exercise is starting to feel mechanical and it is getting harder to concentrate. So I tried to make it more lively by imagining that when I move the energy ball from one position to the next (the energy ball is under the skin) , an imaginary finger is following that path over the skin simultaneously. I try to feel the finger going over the skin. This made a big difference, it was more interesting and focus improved. In terms of sensations: not much going on except the usual 3rd eye.
