This was a 30-minute session with normal abdominal breathing. I started with 10 minutes focus on the breath, 10 minutes fast MCO (so one full cycle around the torso per breath cycle) and finally 10 minutes of slow MCO (so moving from one energy center to the next during one breath).
It was a messy session, focus was nearly absent, lost track all the time, did not finish a single cycle without mind wandering. No sensations worth mentioning. It’s okay.
