I did this 19-minute MCO at work. I sat down on a chair and started without using guided audio. Moving the energy from center to center in the course of each breath. The first minutes mind wandered a lot but this got better. The meditation felt lively enough, but at a certain point I started breathing deeper and slower and this has a noticeable impact – sensations became clearer. The sense of warmth and a moving presence became stronger. Only at the higher centers though, the lower centers give me almost no sensations. Especially the root, which feels ‘dead’. The meditation vent so good I continued for an extra cycle when time was up and I let the collected energy seep into my lower dantian slowly. Then I spent another minute or so enjoying the buzzy relaxed feeling in my body. Nice session.
