This was a short 15-minute session in my meditation room. I asked for energy and guidance from my higher self and spirit guides, and thanked them for their support thus far.
I started this session with slow deep breathing and let the energy dictate the tempo of the movements again. I paused for a few breaths sometimes at centers that give me no sensations, like the root. For the rest there was the usual subtle warmth and the pressure at the 3rd eye. Afterwards I gave myself some Shamballa , I figured I deserved it.
I do feel a bit more centered again now.
