Morning meditation

Just sat for 30 minutes cross-legged on the couch because no-one else was awake in the house. There was a lot of thinking and I kind of just let it happen without getting really absorbed in it; instead I was paying attention to the movement of my belly during each breath and tried to detect if the thoughts invoked any emotion in the body, especially in the abdomen. The tension in the abdomen got soft and hot again, not sure what that means but it feels better than the hard tight ball that is usually there .
