Morning meditation

After a good night’s sleep I got up early this morning and went to the couch in the living room to do my morning meditation. I started with 15 minutes of focusing on the breath and followed that up with a 10-minute Microcosmic Orbit using the guided audio. The warmth was not as obvious as yesterday. After the MCO I listened to the positive I Am affirmations on my media page.

I must say I’m feeling more optimistic now, the heaviness seems to be lifting. Hopefully this trend will continue.
