Morning meditation

This morning I did a 30-minutes meditation of just sitting in awareness and be open to spontaneous ideas of what I’m going to do. I put a gentle smile on my face and sat for 20 minutes when I got the idea to breathe through my chakras to stimulate them. I started breathing in through the root for 10 breaths and continued doing this for the other chakras. All chakras have a presence at the back and and the front of the torso so I breathed in from the back and the front of them simultaneously, imagining prana coming in. Feeling nice and relaxed afterwards.
