Morning meditation

I happened to be sitting alone at breakfast for a moment and decided to sit quietly for few minutes , observing sensations and thoughts , being the Witness. That was fun and seeing the inner voice at work was interesting. The idea came from the book “Untethered Soul” that I’m currently reading , chapter one is about our relation to the inner dialog. I have been monitoring my inner voice in the past but more or less stopped doing that. It’s good to have it back in my sights again in this time because it causes lots of troubles if it is unleached.
I can see how it narrates and judges everything , good te be aware of that again. I’ll try to be the Witness as much as I can during the day.
