Evening meditation

This evening I sat for an hour because my sessions are getting shorter and shorter and I know longer sessions are more powerful. I intended to stay with the sensations of the breath at the nose. It took quite a while for mind to settle down somewhat but I was able to regain some calm at the end.

Lately there is so much going on in my life and consequently there is so much going on in my head that I feel lost and depleted. At the same time I accept this and let events take their course. It’s not like I can do anything to stop it anyway.
