How not to trigger negative repatterning
The first one I didn’t like very much and the second one is informative but more a talk than it is a meditation.
I’m doing this to get to a more positive attitude because all this heaviness in my mind is not serving any purpose. The approach of just being aware and observing thoughts and emotions does bring temporary relief of negativity but it doesn’t change my attitude during the day.I’m renewing efforts to monitor my thoughts and make sure I focus on positive (or at least neutral things). I had a period of clarity not too long ago where I was having some success with that but then events happened that blew that away. I guess every time you learn something the challenge goes to the next level to make sure you keep learning.
